According to a report by TMZ, 24/7 Productions (USA) Inc. filed the lawsuit. They state that Nicki Minaj’s company, Pink Friday Productions, has failed to pay for entertainment production services rendered. The production company’s lawyers noted that they have tried to collect payment for almost two years. They have reportedly received little response, with Nicki’s company just saying, “we’ll look into this.”

Details of Services Rendered

The working relationship between 24/7 Productions and Nicki Minaj reportedly began in 2022. This was for her performance at the 39th annual MTV Video Music Awards. In late 2023, they agreed to work together again for two iHeart Jingle Ball concerts. They also provided services for her Pink Friday 2 album launch. 24/7 Productions stated they handled advance planning, on-site management, staffing, audio, lighting, rigging, and transportation. The company alleged that Nicki’s company received about $650,000 for the Jingle Ball appearances alone. Furthermore, they advanced Nicki over $275,000 in expenses that were supposed to be repaid.

Legal Action and Damages
