Kendrick Lamar is confirmed to be featured on his cousin Baby Keem’s upcoming album. The project, titled “Ca$ino.” is set to drop later this month. Baby Keem shared the tracklist for “Ca$ino” on his Instagram Story. Fans eagerly anticipated knowing if Kendrick Lamar would be on the album. Keem confirmed that Lamar would appear on “Good Flirts.” alongside Momo Boyd. The album features a total of 12 tracks. Besides this collaboration, the project includes guest spots from Too Short on “Sex Appeal” and Che Ecru on “Tubi.”
Behind the Music: “Booman I” Documentary
In addition to the album announcement, Baby Keem also dropped a documentary. Titled “Booman I.” the nine-and-a-half-minute film offers a look behind the scenes. It showcases Keem’s upbringing and features interviews with his family. Home video footage is woven throughout the documentary. Kendrick Lamar also speaks about Keem in the film.
Lamar discussed the hardships faced by his family before Keem’s birth. He mentioned his cousin, Keem’s mother, and the general history of their family. “We don’t call ourselves the Hillbillies for nothing.” Lamar said. He touched on themes of poverty and generational curses. “Section 8, welfare, general relief, AFDC, this is the story of a warfare environment and a warfare psychologically to try to change out generational curses.” he added. The documentary also shows Keem working in the studio, including clips of a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar.
**”Ca$ino” Release Date and Tracklist
Baby Keem announced that “Ca$ino” will be released on February 20, 2026. This release comes nearly five years after his previous studio album, “The Melodic Blue.”
