J. Cole is facing some unexpected road bumps as his Trunk Sale Tour winds down. Some recent J. Cole news shows the rapper’s ride, a Honda Civic, broke down on him while heading to Los Angeles. The early 2000s model appears to have issues with its rear end, with both back tires off the vehicle.
Car Trouble on the Road
The rapper shared a photo on X, formerly Twitter, detailing the situation. Cole expressed some optimism about the setback. “Tried to make it to LA before we go back home, the Civic said it had enough and broke on us! Phoenix, we here now while the car is getting fixed [fingers crossed emoji].” he wrote. He plans to continue selling CDs in Phoenix using a sprinter van in the meantime, as reported by HotNewHipHop, it is unclear if Phoenix was originally part of his tour stops.
